GPS user trainingThursday, 31 July 2014
On 24th of March 2014 the Pieniny National Park organized a training on operating GPS receivers purchased within the „LIFE Pieniny PL” project.
The training was held at the Park’s office and proved to be helpful in raising the level of knowledge needed to operate GPS receivers effectively. The employees of Nature Conservation Section, including a forester and park ranger, as well as Park’s IT specialist attended the training. GPS equipment is going to be used to monitor a Corncrake population in the Park.
